No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the studio! Any minor between the ages of 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Both parties must have a valid state or federal photo I.D. Last names and addresses must match on I.D.’s

Starting August 1st, 2018 we will be offering ear lobe and helix piercings on ages 13 and up.  Children  aged 13, 14 and 15 will need to be accompanied by a parent.  The identification needed will be a birth  certificate that matches the parents ID.  No exceptions.  Parents must be present and in the room during the procedure.  The policies on ages 16 and up will remain the same (last name and address matching on state issued photo ID’s).  If you have any questions please contact us at  general@bodyanthology.com or 440-777-3122.
